C3I in Croatia at “Building a Cyber Resilient Society in South-Eastern Europe” NATO SPS Advanced Training Course
From 17th to 21st of October 2016 in Zagreb, Croatia, the C3I staff has participated at “Building a Cyber Resilient Society in South-Eastern Europe” Advanced Training Course in the framework of the NATO Science for Peace and Security Programme. The Course was organized by the RACVIAC SE EUROPE Centre for Security Cooperation, an international, academic organization with the mission to foster dialogue and cooperation on security matters in South Eastern Europe through a partnership between the countries of the region and their international partners, and Military Academy “General Mihailo Apostolski” Skopje.
The core agenda interest were issues relating to cyber security, cyber defense, information security, digital forensics, privacy and personal data protection, critical information infrastructure protection, cyber warfare and financial systems as field for cybercrime, seen from legal, technical and information point of view and covered by prominent experts from Europe and abroad.
The President of C3I, Ljubica Pendaroska, has been one of the Lecturers, sharing thoughts dedicated to “Personal Data Protection: “Online” & “Offline”. The ATC was, also, a great opportunity to spread the idea and values of C3I and to familiarize the participants from South-Eastern Europe with the Initiative activities.
