Crisis management
The process of globalization and privatization of critical infrastructure in the Republic of Macedonia has created a new playground for the safety and security sector. Additionally, with the still active process of decentralization significant responsibilities from this sector are now transferred to the local governments. Finally, all the above has its implications to the daily operations of the private sector in general. This means that the setting is already quite complex which requires set of skills, competences, knowledge and enthusiasm for proper crisis management.
In this regard, C3I has as its focus of interest developing of resilient organizations and thus a society resilient to the negative consequences of crises. A feature of elastic organizations and systems is the ability to predict crisis situations, be prepared for them, react accordingly if they are materialized, and continue to function at an acceptable level after event, incident, accident, disaster or crisis happen. Therefore, C3I is not only focused on traditional threats such as terrorism, natural and man-made disasters, but also on a wide range of events that can have negative consequences for organizations – cybercrime, personal data protection, climate changes, negative public campaign, etc.
In this context C3I is offering its services for:
- Implementation of ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management
- Developing the plans and procedures according to the Las on rescue and protection and Law on crisis management
- Designing trainings and education in crisis risk management
- Developing and conducting exercises in crisis risk management
